With the passage of the Texas Electric Choice Act (Senate Bill 7, 1999 Legislative Session) implementing electric utility deregulation in Texas, the state's larger investor owned utilities are required to achieve a specified percent reduction in annual system demand growth.
Texas Energy Solutions implements these energy efficient solutions in your household/business, FREE of charge to the electric consumer. Our company uses two devices that measure how much air leakage is in the duct system and how much air leakage is within the household / business (i.e. Duct Leakage and Air Infiltration). After the initial examination, we then begin to implement the solutions and then re-test to see how much our measures reduced leakage. On an average sized house, we can completely finish the work in approximately 3 - 4 hours.
